Tanzanite One Limited01 March 2006 Tanzanite One Limited ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has been made for 66,667 common shares of US$0.0003 each to beadmitted to trading on the AIM Market of London Stock Exchange plc. These sharesare being issued pursuant to the Sale of Shares and Shareholder Agreement dated12 December 2003 between Tanzanite One Mining Limited and Addulhakim Mulla. Inaccordance with the same agreement a further 166,667 common shares may be issuedif specified performance targets are achieved by the Company's subsidiaryTanzanite One Mining Limited for the financial years ending December 2005 and2006.
