Appendix E Alternative Networks plc ("The Company") Blocklisting Application The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 286,070 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each (the “Ordinary Shares”). Admission of the Ordinary Shares under the blocklisting is expected to take place on 16th January 2009.
The Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Alternative Networks plc 2006 Employees’ Share Option Scheme. They will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pan passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
