ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 1,013 ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

It is expected admission will be granted May 18th 2012 and trading will commence May 21st 2012.

These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of option under The UNITE Group plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
