Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to i) the Official List and ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities in respect of a block listing of 796,827 ordinary shares of 10p each ("New Ordinary Shares").

The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the vesting of awards under the Devro 2003 Performance Share Plan. The block listing is allocated to the following awards:

The Devro 2003 Performance Share Plan, grant made on 03 May 2007 - 668,567 ordinary shares

The Devro 2003 Performance Share Plan, grant made on 13 June 2007 - 128,260 ordinary shares

On vesting the shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
