Wolseley plc
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 390,000 ordinary shares of 105/11 pence each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.
These shares will be issued under the Wolseley Employees Savings Related Share Option Scheme 1981 (100,000 shares), Wolseley Group Employee Share Purchase Plan 2011 (240,000 shares) Wolseley Group Executive Share Option Plan 2012 (30,000 shares) and the Wolseley Group Long Term Incentive Plan 2012 (20,000 shares). The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of Wolseley plc.
