Armour Group PLC08 November 2005 Armour Group plc (the "Company") Additional Listing Application has today been made for 250,000 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each("New Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM pursuant to the exercise of100,000 options at 20p per share and 150,000 options at 341/2p per share. The New Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary sharesand trading is expected to commence on 14 November 2005.
