Spectris PLC08 April 2005 SPECTRIS PLC Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for a block listing of 350,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in Spectrisplc to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the OfficialList upon issuance. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issuedshares of the Company.
