GUS PLC11 September 2006 Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for block listings totalling 200,000 Ordinary shares of 29 3/43p eachto trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official Listupon issuance. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares ofthe Company. The Block listings consist of 50,000 shares to be issued under the GUS plc 1998Approved Executive Share Option Scheme and 150,000 shares to be issued under theGUS plc 1998 Non-Approved Executive Share Option Scheme.
