Additional Listing (Correction)

The announcement released earlier today (RNS No: 7953J) stated that a listing application had been made for 8,631 ordinary shares of 0.095p each in the Company. The correct number of shares in the listing application is 8,361 ordinary shares of 0.095p each.

All other content remains the same. The corrected release is below:

A listing application has been made for 8,361 ordinary shares of 0.095p each in the Company, for shares allotted pursuant to the exercise of share options, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

1,564 ordinary shares of 0.095p each were allotted pursuant to the Betfair Group Plc Management Incentive Plan, and 6,797 ordinary shares of 0.095p each were allotted pursuant to the Betfair Group Plc Short Term Incentive Plan.

These shares are fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

Admission of the shares to the Official List is expected to occur at 8am on 14th April 2015.
