Waterman Group PLC29 April 2005 Waterman Group PLC ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the blocklisting of amaximum of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("OrdinaryShares"), which could be issued pursuant to the exercise of 1,000,000 optionsunder the terms of the Waterman Group PLC 2002 Share Incentive Plan.
