Sage Group PLC21 February 2007 The Sage Group plc A block listing application has been made for 724,824 Ordinary Shares of 1p eachin the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authorityand to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These shares will be allotted in accordance with the rules of The Sage Group plc1999 Executive Share Option Scheme (680,000 shares) and the State of the ArtStock Option Plan (44,824 shares).
