Christie Group PLC20 May 2005 Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for block listings totalling 750,000 Ordinary shares of 2p each totrade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List uponissuance. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares ofthe Company. The Block listings consist of 500,000 shares to be issued under the EmployeeShare Option Plan and 250,000 shares to be issued under the EMI Option Scheme.
