RPS Group PLC02 May 2007 2 May 2007 RPS Group plc Additional Listing Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on theLondon Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities in respect of ablocklisting of 3,500,000 ordinary shares of 3p each ("New Ordinary Shares"). The New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with theexisting ordinary shares in issue, will be issued from time to time pursuant tothe exercise of employee share options under the Employee Share Option Scheme(2,000,000) and the Share Incentive Plan (1,500,000).
