Innovation Group PLC02 April 2008 THE INNOVATION GROUP PLC Additional listing Application has been made to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority('UKLA') and to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 5,872,849 newordinary shares. The shares, amounting to $3.5m (approx. £1.77m), are to be issued in full andfinal settlement of the deferred consideration due in respect of the acquisitionof SurePlan International Pty Ltd, announced to the market on 25 October 2006. It is expected that dealings in these ordinary new shares, which will rank paripassu in all respects with the existing ordinary share capital of the Group,will commence on Monday 7 April. The total number of shares in issue followingthis allocation of shares will be 649,906,209.
