The Evolution Group Plc announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission to the Official List of a block listing of 2,498,275 ordinary shares of 1p each in The Evolution Group PLC. These shares, which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 1p in issue, will be allotted from time to time following the exercise of options under The Evolution Group PLC 2001 Executive Share Option Scheme.
It is expected that permission will be granted for admission on 9 November 2009 and that admission will become effective on 10 November 2009
