3i Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for admission to trading and admission to the Official List of a blocklisting of 11,000,000 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each.
These shares, which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the 3i Group Discretionary Share Plan.
