MITIE Group PLC31 March 2005 MITIE GROUP PLC (the 'Company') Additional Listing and Director Shareholding Application will shortly be made to the United Kingdom Listing Authority foradmission to the Official List, and the London Stock Exchange plc for admissionto trading on its market, of 72,812 new ordinary shares of 2.5p each in theCompany, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares. It is expectedthat admission of these new ordinary shares to the Official List will becomeeffective on 6 April 2005. These shares were issued on 31 March 2005 as remuneration to Non-ExecutiveDirectors of the Company as to: DIRECTOR NO.
