MILLENNIUM & COPTHORNE HOTELS PLC
Additional Listing Approval
Application has been approved by the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority of the FSA for the Block Listing of 750,000 Ordinary shares of 30p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares. These shares have been approved for admission to the Official List on 22 July 2009.
These shares will be issued pursuant to the Company's 2006 Long Term Incentive Plan.
