Additional Listing Application

A listing application has been made for 5,257,784 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company, for shares previously allotted pursuant to the exercise of share options, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These shares are fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

Including these shares, the total number of ordinary shares in issue as at the close of business on 17 December 2014 was 105,687,223 at 0.1p each, with each share carrying the right to one vote. This figure of 105,687,223 represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
