Additional Listing

Ladbrokes Coral Group plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 1,572,000 ordinary shares of 28⅓ pence each to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares will be issued and allotted as follows:

· 250,000 shares in connection with the Ladbrokes plc Performance Share Plan;

· 22,000 shares in connection with the Ladbrokes plc 1978 Share Option Scheme;

· 500,000 shares in connection with the Ladbrokes plc 1983 Savings Related Share Option Scheme;

· 500,000 shares in connection with the Ladbrokes plc Own Share Plan; and

· 300,000 shares in connection with the Ladbrokes plc Growth Plan.

The shares will rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

Admission is expected to commence on 4 November 2016.
