Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 100,000 new ordinary shares in Desire following the exercise of an equivalent number of options on 4 October 2010. Admission is expected to occur on 12 October 2010.

Following the exercise of these options, Desire has 342,285,172 ordinary shares in issue with an equivalent number of voting rights.
