Additional Listing Application and Total Voting Rights

NCC Group plc announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") and the London Stock Exchange for the listing of 164,136 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each fully paid in relation to the NCC Group Employee Share Ownership Trust (Long Term Incentive Plan).

These shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List on 18 July 2012 and will rank equally with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. The total number of ordinary shares with voting rights following the listing will be 34,504,460.
