Dignity PLC23 May 2007 Dignity plc ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on theLondon Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities in respect of a blocklisting of 655,863 ordinary shares of 9p each ("New Ordinary Shares"). The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to theexercise of employee share options under the Dignity plc Share Save Plan. Onexercise the shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank paripassu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
