Beazley Group PLC24 January 2007 Additional Listing Beazley Group plc ("the Company") Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange plc for a total of 9,320,000 ordinary shares of 5p each to be listedunder a block listing, as follows: 420,000 ordinary shares pursuant to the Beazley Group plc Approved OptionSchemes; 1,800,000 ordinary shares pursuant to the Beazley Group plc Unapproved OptionSchemes; 1,500,000 ordinary shares pursuant to the Beazley Group Long Term IncentivePlans; 4,200,000 ordinary shares pursuant to the Beazley Group plc Pre IPO Share OptionScheme; and 1,400,000 ordinary shares pursuant to the Beazley Group plc Save as You EarnScheme. Application has been made for the shares to trade on the London Stock Exchangeand to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance.
