Soco International PLC27 September 2007 SOCO International plc ("SOCO" or "the Company") ADDITIONAL LISTING Pursuant to an exercise of warrants to subscribe for 40,652 SOCO Internationalplc ordinary shares of £0.20 each ("Shares"), the Company has made applicationfor 40,652 Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing Shares, to beadmitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on theLondon Stock Exchange. Pursuant to the above application, SOCO's capital consists of 72,819,067ordinary shares of £0.20 each with voting rights. SOCO holds 27,500 ordinaryshares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in SOCO is72,791,567.
