Dart Group PLC15 March 2005 Dart Group plc The Company announces that applications have been made for admission to theOfficial List of the UK Listing Authority and for admission to trading on theLondon Stock Exchange's market for listed securities under a block listingfacility for the issue of 200,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company("Ordinary Shares") under the Dart Group Company Share Option Scheme. Thisapplication is in respect of options granted over Ordinary Shares, which havenot yet been exercised. When issued, these Ordinary Shares will rank pari passuwith existing ordinary 5 pence shares in the Company.
