United Business Media plc Block listing
United Business Media plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing Authority for the admission to the Official List of a block listing of 3,498,207 New Ordinary Shares of 33 71/88p each. Subject to the Share Consolidation becoming effective, it is expected that these shares will be admitted to the Official List on 20 March 2007.
These shares, which will rank pari passu with the New Ordinary Shares, will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the following share option schemes:
United UK Executive Scheme 242,360 shares United International Executive Scheme 601,366 shares United 2000 Executive Share Scheme 786,595 shares QUEST: United SAYE Schemes 1,297,640 shares International Sharesave Plans 570,246 shares
All defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as in the circular to Shareholders dated 2 March 2007.
