Additional Listing

 Greene King plc

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of 232,000 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each in the Company to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.

200,000 shares will be issued and allotted in connection with the Greene King plc Save4Shares Scheme 2005 and 32,000 shares will be issued and allotted in connection with the Greene King Executive Share Option Scheme 1994. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue.

Admission is expected to be effective on 24 April 2015.
