Charles Stanley Group PLC04 May 2007 CHARLES STANLEY GROUP PLC ADDITIONAL LISTING Charles Stanley Group Plc (the 'Company') has been notified today that a formeremployee has acquired a total sum of 4,703 ordinary shares of 25p each as theresult of the exercise of an option under the Company's Save As You Earn Schemeat a price of 287 pence per share. Accordingly, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for theseshares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange fortrading.
