Yoomedia PLC13 December 2006 YooMedia plc (the 'Company' or 'YooMedia') Additional Listing The Company was notified on 11 December 2006 that Platinum Partners ValueArbitrage Fund LP ('Platinum') have served a Loan Notice for the exercise of10,894,235 ordinary shares at 1.1015p per share. The service of the Loan Noticewas in accordance with the terms of the Convertible Note announced on 11 May2006. In addition an employee has served notice of their intention to exercise 10,023share options at a price of 1p per share option in accordance with the relevantshare option agreement. Application will be made for 10,904,258 ordinary shares to be admitted to AIMand dealings are expected to commence on 19 December 2006.
