2 April 2007 No: 551 Pendragon PLC ("Pendragon")

Pendragon has on 2 April 2007 made an application to the Financial Services Authority ("FSA") for the listing of a total of 1,606,250 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of Pendragon ("shares"). The purpose of the application is:-

i. to enable shares to be issued pursuant to the Pendragon Executive Share

Option Scheme, under which there remain at present outstanding exercisable

but unexercised options over Pendragon shares;

ii. to enable shares to be issued pursuant to the Pendragon 1998 Sharesave

Scheme, under which there remain at present outstanding exercisable but

unexercised options over Pendragon shares.
