Huntsworth PLC08 November 2007 Huntsworth plc ("Huntsworth" or "the Company") Scrip dividend / Additional listing Pursuant to the proposed interim dividend of 0.65p per ordinary share announcedon 20 September 2007, the Company announces that it has received valid electionsfor a scrip dividend alternative in respect of 185,732 new ordinary shares of50p each in the capital of the Company ("New Shares"). Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London StockExchange for the New Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to tradingon the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ('Admission'). It isexpected that Admission will occur on 9 November 2007.
