Additional Listing

Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 347,999 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market ("Admission"). The Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the deferred consideration in relation to the acquisition of Waterman Boreham Limited in April 2007.

Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 14 July 2008.
