Exercise of options
Lo-Q plc (the "Company")
The Company announces that it has issued 35,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company pursuant to the exercise of options by an employee. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to take place on 23rd July 2009.
Following admission, the Company will have 15,666,101 voting ordinary shares in issue.
