Additional Listing
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority of the FSA for the Block Listing of 750,000 Ordinary shares of 30p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares, to the Official List. It is expected that these Ordinary shares will be admitted to the Official List on 22 July 2009.
These shares will be issued pursuant to the Company's 2006 Long Term Incentive Plan.
Copies of this announcement will be available for fourteen days from the offices of Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited, One Cabot Square London E14 4QJ.
