BLOCK ADMISSION APPLICATION
An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of a blocklisting of an additional 125,000 shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares").
These Shares are being reserved under an extension of a block listing to be issued as a result of the future exercise of share options pursuant to the Company's Executive Share Option Schemes.
It is expected that admission of these Shares will be effective on 27 March 2013. The Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued shares.
