Grainger Trust PLC10 January 2007 We write to advise that an application has been made to The UK Listing Authorityand the London Stock Exchange for block listings totalling 265,000 Ordinary shares of 5p each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance. The shares shall rank pan passu with the existing issued shares of the Company. The Block listings consist of 150,000 shares to be issued under the Executive Share Option Scheme and 115,000 shares to be issued under the Sharesave Scheme.
