BTG plc - Additional Listing

BTG plc (LSE:BGC) announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 500,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each. The application is made in respect of shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of awards under the BTG plc Performance Share Plan. Admission of the new shares will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 2 March 2012. The new shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company.
