Armour Group PLC16 November 2005 Armour Group plc (the "Company") Additional Listing Application has today been made for 20,000 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each("New Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM pursuant to the exercise of20,000 options at 341/2p per share. The New Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary sharesand trading is expected to commence on 22 November 2005.
