Huntsworth PLC05 August 2005 HUNTSWORTH PLC ("the Company") Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London StockExchange for a total of 433,220 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company to beadmitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.416,610 shares are to be issued in connection with the initial consideration forthe acquisition of Zahner & Partner AG on 1 July 2005 and 16,610 in connectionwith the exercise of share options under the Huntsworth plc Non-ExecutiveDirectors Share Option Scheme. Admission is expected to become effective and trading is expected to commence on8 August 2005.
