Standard Life plc
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 9,348,381 ordinary shares of 122/9 pence each in Standard Life plc ('the Company') to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.
The shares are being issued as a result of the vesting of share awards under the
Standard Life Long Term Incentive Plan and the Standard Life Investments Long Term Incentive Plan.
The shares will rank equally with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
