RPS Group PLC20 November 2007 RPS Group plc Additional Listing 20 November 2007 Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on theLondon Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities in respect of 91,912Ordinary Shares of 3p each ("New Ordinary Shares"). The New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with theexisting ordinary shares in issue, are being issued in connection with thedeferred consideration due under the terms of the acquisition of Thonger SafetyAssociates. It is expected that Admission will become effective and thatdealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on 21 November 2007.
