British Land Co PLC26 September 2005 The British Land Company PLC ("the Company") --------------------------------------- Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange Plc for a total of 200,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares")to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that permission will be granted on 28 September 2005 andadmission to trading will commence on 29 September 2005.
