Bunzl PLC03 December 2007 Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for block listings totalling 270,000 Ordinary shares of 32 1/7p each,to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official Listupon issuance. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares ofthe Company. The shares will be Block listed under the following Schemes, the 1994 ExecutiveShare Option Scheme, Sharesave Scheme (2001), International Sharesave Plan andthe Long Term Incentive Plan.
