Unite Group PLC26 April 2007 The Unite Group plc ("the Company") ----------------------------------- Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange plc for 1,741 ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to beadmitted to the Official List. It is expected admission will be granted on 1 May 2007 and trading will commenceon 2 May 2007. These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of share options underThe UNITE Group plc Approved Share Option Scheme (333 shares) and The UNITEGroup plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme (1,408 shares).
