Halma PLC15 June 2006 Halma plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchangeand UK Listing Authority for the admission to the Official List of a blocklisting of 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each. These shares, which rank paripassu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted from time totime in accordance with the exercise of options under the Halma 1999 CompanyShare Option Plan.
