Deltex Medical Group plc (the 'Company') was notified today that one of its ex-employees has acquired 20,376 ordinary shares of 1p each as the result of the exercise of 20,376 options under the Company's 2003 Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme.
Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 13 November 2009.
Following this, the total number of voting rights in issue will be 124,618,973.
