Pursuant to the Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) Senior Employee Matching Purchase Share Scheme ("SEMP") December 2006, June 2007, December 2007, July 2008 and December 2008 nil paid award, and the Approved Share Option Scheme December 2010 award, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 112,619 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 15 January 2013.
