Innovation Group PLC05 August 2005 The Innovation Group plc (the "Company") Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") and the LondonStock Exchange for the block listing of 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 2p eachfully paid ("Ordinary Shares"), to trade on the London Stock Exchange and beadmitted to the Official List of the UKLA. It is expected that admission ofthese Ordinary Shares will become effective on 15 August 2005. These OrdinaryShares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of theCompany. These Ordinary Shares are to be issued as a result of future exercises ofoptions under the Global Share Option scheme and Incentive Plan.
