BTG plc - Additional Listing
BTG plc (LSE:BGC) announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 700,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each. The application is made in respect of shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of awards under the BTG plc Performance Share Plan and Executive Share Option Scheme. Admission of the new shares will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 17 June 2011. The new shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company.
